By registering and paying for the AAIH Annual Meeting, I acknowledge and consent to using my photo, likeness, and any recorded content during live webcasts or other formats. I understand that my image and recordings may be distributed and utilized in various formats for educational purposes, including but not limited to classroom instruction, television broadcasts (including broadcast, cable, and satellite), Internet streaming, and any other communication medium currently existing or created in the future.
